Look at the week ahead. Which meals are hardest to fit in? Perhaps it is lunch between meetings, dinner after a late shift or breakfast before an early start. Solve that part first instead of trying to prepare every meal.
Use ingredients in more than one meal
A tray of roasted vegetables can become a lunch bowl, a wrap filling or a side. Keep sauces and dressings separate where practical, so the same ingredients still feel different the next day.
Buying prepared meals?
Compare the total cost, portion sizes, ingredient information, allergens and storage instructions. Check the provider’s current delivery coverage and ordering terms before paying. We are building our own menu; there are no meals available to order here yet.
Start with the meals you know you will eat. Your storage space, schedule and the ingredients’ safe storage instructions matter more than a fixed number of days.
Is meal prep only for weight loss?
No. It can simply mean fewer last-minute decisions, a clearer shopping list and food ready around work or family life.
